Бууз - Buuz Video Tutorial

Hello everyone :)

It is a video tutorial of how to make Mongolian Traditional dish Buuz. I saw it on Youtube and I really liked this video. So i thought i would share it with you guys

Бууз - Buuz

Buuz is very special banquet dish for big celebrations such as New Year and Tsagaan Sar (Lunar Year). Buuz is Mongolian steamed dumpling and it has a little open top. It is filled with minced beef /mutton, onion, salt, garlic and cabbage (optional). Cabbage helps to bring out more soft and juicy texture. Mongolians prefer to use hand minced meat for Buuz, Khuushuur and Dumpling instead of using mincing machine. Because hand minced meat has more moist and juicy texture.
